How to Use: Clean and fully dry your skin. Apple from the middle first, then press smooth. Leave on, forget for 6 hours until the patch turns white with gunk.

We’ve been putting them on after we cleanse and dry our faces at night before going to bed. Trust me, you won’t feel the patch on your nose while you sleep. My daughter and I have been using them twice a week and my mom who has less skin issues has been using them once a week.
