My Thoughts: I love my bread machine and use it almost weekly. It is one of my small kitchen appliances that really gets a workout. With that said, I only had about 20 recipes for homemade bread and my family was getting tired of the same old thing. Well, until now!

This is a FABULOUS cookbook for those of you who have bread makers! I never knew there were so many different recipes out there. For the review, I decided to make the Hot Cross Buns recipe whichis on page 315 in the cookbook. Each recipe lays out the ingredients needed, the instructions for making the recipe and there are tips in the side margin to make things even easier. In addition, some bread recipes include some very cool and unique variations, like this one for Hot Cross Buns where you can turn it into California Hot Cross Buns by adding candied peel and dates.

Anyway, my Hot Cross Buns turned out fabulously and I have now made them two times! (sorry, forgot to take a photo). We are big BREAD eaters here in our home and I am always whipping up some homemade bread. I love the large variety of recipes in this book which are really easy to follow.

The 300 Best Bread Machine Recipes cookbook is truly…well, the BEST RECIPES! You can purchase this wonderful cookbook from Robert Rose and add it to your cookbook collection or purchase a few to give as gifts! Yeah!!!
