Do you volunteer your time in your community? Things like helping out Veterans, Seniors, the Homeless, Battered Women, Animal Rescue, etc? My family has always been big into giving our time and volunteering. My daughter volunteers her time through Girl Scouts doing different projects in the community. My husband does lawn care for 2 seniors in our neighborhood who can’t get around anymore. My son donates his clothes, books, toys and games to a low-income family with twin boys. I like to volunteer my time helping out with dog rescues. I think it’s important that EVERYONE give back and pay it forward as they can. It can be small things like cooking dinner for someone who is ill. Running errands for a Senior or helping someone clean their house after surgery. It doesn’t have to be big things or time consuming things.
