February 23, 2024 by Shelly

Mandala Dot Painting KitHave you always wanted to learn how to do Mandala Dot Painting? If so, check out this easy-to-use kit that contains 53 pieces! You get everything you need to get started except for the paint and the surface that you want to paint on! Mandala Dot Painting is a popular painting technique that can be used on art canvas, rocks, large seashells, tiles, wood, ceramic items, glass, etc. All kinds of different surfaces as long as you use the proper paint for that particular surface.

The Mandala Dot Painting Kit includes an instruction sheet, large stencils, a pack of paint brushes, a palette, all of the dotting tools that you’ll need and a storage case. The tools in this kit can also be used in other arts and craft projects too! Kit is compact in size and light-weight…if you want to take it along with you when traveling.

Mandala Dot Painting on Clam Shells Seashells

I’ve always wanted to try Mandala Dot Painting so I invested in this kit from Amazon. The tools and accessories that came in it are a nice quality, great for a beginner like me. I read over the instruction sheet and decided to give it a try. I used inexpensive acrylic craft paint (comes in 2 oz. sized bottles that I also bought from Amazon) for my first project. I practiced the technique on a large 5″ wide clam shell.

In the second photograph you’ll see the project that I made. Not too bad for my first time trying Mandala Dot Painting! I have to get better at keeping my “dots” all in a perfect line or circle and get the spacing correct. It was very relaxing to sit down and work on painting this shell. A great stress reducer and it allows you to explore your creativity. I’m going to keep practicing the technique.

You can find the 53 Piece Manadala Dot Painting Kit on Amazon for an affordable price. After you pick up the kit, make sure you purchase a few bottles of acrylic craft paint in your classic colors to go along with it. Amazon is one of my favorite places to shop for Art and Painting Supplies. Great prices and products shipped to my front door.
