Tina Colada Cocktail Recipe

Tina Colada Cocktail RecipeMy new favorite low-calorie drink- I’ve always loved Pina Coladas but hated the amount of calories and sugar from typical versions. This recipe has only 4 ingredients: ice, coconut milk, vodka, and pineapple. It’s truly a homemade cocktail and more bars should start making them this way instead of using pre-made mixes full of unnecessary sugar, calories, and chemicals.

Tina Colada Cocktail Recipe

2 ounces of Tina’s Vodka
3 ounces Thai Kitchen coconut milk – (the carbon version has 2 ingredients, non-GMO coconut milk, and water)
Chunks of fresh pineapple
Ice Cubes

Remove the crown from the pineapple and slice off the peel, and then cut into smaller cubes. In a blender, add ice, Tina’s Vodka, coconut milk, and the cubes of pineapple. (Add more pineapple chunks to make it sweeter). Blend until smooth and then pour into your favorite tiki cup and garnish with a slice of pineapple. Serve immediately.
