Pereg Thai Seasoned Sweet Chili Baked Chicken

Pereg Seasoned PankoI’m a guy who enjoys doing a little cooking. When I say cooking, I like recipes that only require a few simple ingredients and a few steps to make. I’m not into complicated meal prep or recipes. I like it easy and it has to taste good. If you’re like me, you’re going to love the Thai Seasoned Sweet Chili Baked Chicken that I made last week.

Pereg sent me a package of their Thai Seasoned Sweet Chili Panko which I used in the recipe. The pank is spicy and sweet but in my opinion…minor on the spicy side. My granddaughter who is 14 ate a piece and didn’t say a word about spicy. The panko is non-GMO, All Natural, Vegan, Kosher and made in the U.S.A. It’s great used on fish, poultry, and more. It’s perfectly seasoned, so there’s no need to add any additional spices or herbs.

Thai Seasoned Sweet Chili Baked Chicken Recipe

2 medium eggs
6 pieces of chicken (I used 4 legs and 2 thighs)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Pereg Thai Seasoned Sweet Chili Panko

Crack eggs into a small bowl. Whip with a whisk. Pour Pereg Thai Seasoned Sweet Chili Panko on a plate. Dip the chicken into the egg covering it on all sides. Then roll the chicken in the Panko…covering it on all sides.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place coated chicken pieces into a glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes or until the chicken is done. Remove. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

We loved the Thai Seasoned Sweet Chili Baked Chicken and it’s already on our schedule to remake next week. We’ll be using chicken breasts the next time around. Like I said, mild in the spicy department and just right in the sweet. Perfect combination of spices. Gotta love easy-to-make recipes (like this) that give you the taste of a gourmet prepared meal.
