Three Peaks Manuka HoneyIn my home we use a lot of honey. We add it to our herbal tea, coffee, fruit smoothies, homemade veggie juices and into our muffin, bread and cookie batters. Honey is a great natural sweetener with health benefits. I don’t think a day goes by that I don’t use a little bit of honey.

The recommend serving size is 1 teaspoon which contains 15 calories. This is the perfect amount for me to use in my herbal tea or coffee as a natural sweetener. You really don’t need anymore than that! The honey is 100% natural, raw and unfiltered. You can use it as a natural replacement for refined sugar. You can eat it on its own or dissolve it in hot (not boiling) water.

This honey is rich, flavorful and smooth. When putting it into a hot beverage it dissolves almost immediately and really enhances & sweetens whatever you may be drinking. There is no bitter after-taste at all. I’ve tried a lot of different brands and type’s of honey over the years…this one has to be one of the BEST that I’ve ever used. Seriously, its that good!

For those of you who are into natural medicine and herbal remedies…premium honey like this is great at treating minor cuts, insect bites, scrapes, minor wounds, etc. I will often put a little bit of honey on a cotton swab and dab it on and around a minor wound. It has natural antibiotic and antiseptic properties to help you heal faster. Even vets recommend it when treating minor wounds on your pets. You can find all kinds of free information online about the health benefits of consuming and using honey!

I am starting to use more honey to replace other sugars. This sounds like a very good product.

I have used Manuka honey off and on for years. It is very expensive at the grocery store. I just bought a little jar yesterday and it cost me $10. I will have to check this place out because I know the honey is good for me

This sounds like a very good product. I have not thought about the quality of honey. I get mine from a local person but I will have to try this. Thank you for the review.
