I received the Mama Heart Pendent with Baby Feet with 18 kt. yellow gold plating. You can customize the pendent with up to 12 baby feet! Perfect for larger families. You can select from a 14″ to 22″ long chain. I went with the classic 18″ which works with the majority of necklines in my wardrobe.
The pendent is done in a beautiful heart shape with the word Mama inside it. Dangling at the bottom of the heart are the 2 baby feet, one for each of my children. Their names are perfectly inscribed in a classic font that is easy to read. I love how each foot dangles which gives the pendent movement. The clasp is easy to operate, a classic c-ring.
