De-Stress and Get Fit with YOGA

element 5 day yoga dvdHow many of you are looking to increase your physical fitness & exercise in 2017? I know that it’s something I’m personally working on myself. Having two small children to care for, leaves very little free time for myself. I don’t have time to run to a gym, nor do I have the spare cash to invest in it.

Instead, I’m working out three evenings a week in my own home and with two other mothers. While our children play for an hour, we workout doing Yoga routines. It’s a great way for the kids to enjoy play dates, while the moms de-stress and get some well-needed physical exercise.

    I love to see items for moms and dads to use at home kitchen items for cooking for the family and fun items like movies gift cards etc. I like your blog the way it is easy to use and I love that you date the giveaways on the front page makes it so easy to enter them wish other blogs did it like yours.

    I havent done Yoga but my daughter has done a few classes after she had childhood cancer and she really enjoyed it so I would love to have these dvd’s so I could do it with her together it looks like a great way to get tone.

    I’ve done a little yoga off & on over the years. It always makes my muscles feel so good! And I’m always looking for new ways to workout at home in the winter!

  21. I have not tried yoga yet but I have been interested in it for some time. I am kind of clumsy and often have vertigo and coordination issues, and I think yoga would help me.

  26. I have used yoga dvds before, though I have never actually taken a yoga class at a studio. I like how the moves emphasize overall fitness and balance and flexibility.

I can’t really think of anything new I would like to see more in 2017. Oh one thing that I always love is when you post one of your rants because I always agree and it is nice to know that there is someone out there who thinks like I do. Also it is a stress reliever to read those and know that I am not the only one in the world that those things bother.
