For the past 5 years Gia has dressed up as one of the Disney Princess’ for Halloween. This year…she is stepping outside of the box and going with something different. FINALLY.
When shopping for a Halloween costume we are pretty picky about what we let her select. We don’t let her choose evil, scary or skin-revealing costumes. The costume “style” that she chooses must represent her current age group. That’s right…we don’t let a 6 year old go out trick-or-treating dressed like a 19 year old. hmmm, no!
This year Gia selected an adorable Tiger Costume from Costume SuperCenter. When ordering this particular outfit I do suggest that you read their sizing chart and order true-to-size. For cleaning…I would recommend hand washing and air dry.
Tiger Costume Includes:
* Dress with tail
* Hoodie with Ears
* Two Paws
One of the things I like about this costume is that it’s the perfect costume for those of us who live in colder climates. Gia can wear black leggings or black jeans underneath the dress and a long sleeve tee underneath the printed hoodie. Plus, if it’s extremely cold out on Trick-or-Treat night she can easily slip a heavier jacket over the top because the hoodie isn’t thick or bulky.
All of the costume pieces simply slip onto her body. There is nothing complicated about it at all and she can easily dress herself. What is really surprising is how extremely well-made this costume is for the little price. That’s always a nice surprise! In addition, because of the way it’s made…she can wear this costume for several months during her “dress-up” and “play” times. It’s not a costume that screams “HALLOWEEN”.
With Halloween just around the corner you can check them out (Costume SuperCenter) over on Facebook to get some costume ideas!

This is too cute, I wish they had this when I was that age. I will definitely be visiting the Costume SuperCenter. Thank you for sharing this review.
This is a cute look! And I like that it’s a little bit different.
That is adorable!!! Very original, too. I don’t think I’ve seen one like it but I like how comfortable it looks plus warmer than some princess ones. And it can so easily be used for pretend play, too. Go Gia!!!
Thank you for sharing this one it made me smile I sure miss these days. The gloves are beyond cute.
This is so adorable and I love that it has paws and a tail. Great that it is so well made. Some of them fall apart before Halloween is over.
That’s an adorable costume! You wouldn’t believe some of the costumes I’ve seen on young girls, around 6 or 7…..I don’t know which pop stars they are supposed to be, but they leave little to the imagination. I wouldn’t let a teenager of 16 out of the house like that, let alone a 1st or 2nd grader. What are the parents thinking???
How cute is that! I like the Girl’s Avengers 2 Deluxe Black Widow Costume too.
I have it seen a Halloween costume that is this cute in a long while. Gia looks wonderful in it. For Halloween you could paint whiskers on her face!
Gia’s Halloween costume is so Cute!! I love the whole outfit. the hoodie and the Skirt very nice. I wish they had that type of costume when I was a child. (Many yrs ago) Lol! I was a tiger one year but mine was a one piece suit with a tail attached. I have a picture of me in my Tiger Costume somewhere) Hope Gia has a Fun filled Halloween in her Adorable costume!!
