We are starting to see signs of spring and that means warmer weather is on the way. Living a healthy lifestyle is always on my mind and enjoying smoothies in the morning or as a meal replacement is a great way to kick start your nutrition and even lose a few pounds along the way.

    I just tried making a smoothie with frozen tangerines and other ingredients – it was soo good! What I have been missing! I’d love to try the Delicious Peach Mango Banana Smoothie recipe!

    I like most of these recipes, but I am not sue about the Supercharged Smoothie. I like turmeric in my food more than in a drink and I don’t know how Colostrum or,Chorella powder tastes

    Yours look so pretty! Mine usually look dark and muddy, lol. I use beets a lot which darkens my drink, I need to make a Leaping Leprechaun smoothie for St Pat’s Day!

      Oh Chris, I forgot to mention I just snagged another free military thriller (Nook or Kindle ebook). Anyone wanting to read Black Flagged, the first book of the series by Steven Konkoly–get it. He’s a great author. And drink a smoothie while reading!
