The Leaping Leprechaun Veggie & Fruit Juice Recipe

St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and the great folks over at Omega Juicers asked us to share this “The Leaping Leprechaun” juice recipe with all of you. I love making homemade juice and use my juicer at least twice a week!

The Leaping Leprechaun Recipe

1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup of spinach leaves
1 cup water

Directions: Combine all ingredients into an Omega Blender. Blend until really smooth, not still grainy or chunky or with bits of leaves floating about. It can be thick, as you can always thin with water, but it needs to be smooth. This should take only a couple of minutes. Blend until the greens are so pulverized that they are no longer visible other than infusing your smoothie with a beautiful green color. Enjoy!

I like this combination of fruits and veggies. I didn’t know that Omega juicers were the only juicers to provide all those models.

I am really intrigued by this and know my daughter-in-law will love it. We got her a juicer for Christmas, and I think she uses it daily. I’ve heard such good things about juicing spinach but haven’t tried it yet. I don’t think you could go wrong with strawberries and bananas. St. Patrick’s day just might be the occasion to give juicing spinach a try. Thanks.
