In Chris’ Mailbox this week:
I was happy to find a great gift from my sister in the mail last week. A few weeks ago I was having a tough week so she sent me a gift card for Hobby Lobby. She said for me to de-stress and go shopping! Who am I to refuse? So it finally showed up and I was able to hit the store and enjoy some love wandering through that store and finding all of the great decor and crafts. I bought some yarn to start a project so I am happy happy!
So…what all did you get in your mailbox last week besides bills? Get any giveaway winnings or freebies? We would love to hear about it! It’s your time to brag, boast and shine! Yay!
I haven’t been to Hobby Lobby in forever…i gotta go check it out.
I received a sample of Peets Coffee K-Cups from Target.
I got a trio of wines in the mail called Jellybean Wines, that came with a box of Jelly Bellys (and they are supposed to have some ultra-fruity flavors – like Blueberry Pie Merlot) – I chose this for a $50 California Delicious GC that I won.
I also got a sample of Chike powdered peanut butter to review.
I got a gorgeous necklace that I won. I got the Hunger Games in the mail that I won! I also got a nice St. Patrick’s Card from my sister. She always gives cards for every Holiday! I love getting nice prizes in the mail!
I am so glad I don’t bills in the mail any more, and my postman is very good about not putting unaddressed admail in the box as well (I know, I’m lucky!). However, that means I did not get ANYTHING in my mailbox last week. Boo-hoo!

What a nice sister you have. I’m glad to hear you found some great stuff for a new project. Let’s see during the past week I got a big box of cookies that I won in a giveaway so that was wonderful.

I got a big surprise last week. Around Thanksgiving, I had signed up for a Good Cook Twitter party and was supposed to get a turkey lifter for pre-registering. But instead, they sent me a whole box full of baking tools! Spatulas, pans, cookie cutters, mixing bowls, and other goodies. I love baking, and I love Good Cook tools, so I’m thrilled with my surprise,
I am glad that your sister’s gift was able to cheer you up.
I received coupons and/or samples from Bigelow, Nivea, Aquaphor, Harvest Snaps and Dorot.
I was also surprised by a case of Fit popcorn by Popcorn, Indiana which I hadn’t know I had won. Now I have healthy snacks!
