Voting is Open for The Good Cook Burger Challenge – Kit

Last week I shared with you my MexiCali Stuffed Burger recipe and I am excited to share with you that the voting is now open! Its runs from September 3rd and September 17th so you can to vote for your favorite burger recipe. Fans can vote up to 3 times within a 24hr period. In the kit, there are plenty of awesome Good Cook products that you can enjoy. I told you all about the grill and burger stuffer in my last post. Today I want to share with you a bit about the remaining items that I reviewed. They are all special!

The first one that comes to mind is the Folding Grater. This has quickly become a favorite of mine because it is compact and it works great. It is just the right size for shredding cheese and smaller jobs. The knob on the top is comfortable and I love that it has non skid things on the bottom so you do not have to worry about it flying out from under you as you work. Awesome! Plus it folds flat for storage making it just right to tuck in a drawer. If you love to camp or RV, this is perfect.

The Mini Chef Knife is also a huge favorite of mine! I have small hand so having a smaller knife is so good for me. It is sharp and quickly gets the work done. I love it for cutting veggies and mincing, etc. I use it every day!

The Flexible Chopping Mats are something every kitchen should have. I love that these are sturdy, flexible and you can use it literally anywhere. They weigh nothing so you are not weighed down by a big chopping block. You can chop and pick the whole thing up and slide your stuff right into the pot or storage bag, etc. Plus, when you buy these, they come in a 4 pack that are color coded. Just right for meat, fish, veggies, etc. You can assign a color and never worry about cross contamination. In the kit, you will receive only 1 mat – not 4.

The Spatula is a non stick one and it is nice and sturdy. It is a nice length so you can turn the burgers or other foods easily. Easy clean up too! You can never have too many of these!
