St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and the great folks over at Omega Juicers asked us to share this homemade juice recipe with all of you. I know this juice is supposed to be healthy…but I am not sure if I can get past the pea green color? How about you?
Luck of the Parsley Juice Recipe
1 handful parsley
2 apples
1 handful spinach
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1-inch piece ginger
Directions: Juice all ingredients in an Omega Juicer. Stir to mix the flavors and enjoy!

Well I would taste it but not sure if I would like it or not . Im not a big vegetable juice drinker – sounds real healthy tho.
I love green juices! Unfortunately, I have no juicer. I get cold feet whenever shop for one. Thanks for the info on the Omega.
I don’t mind the pea green color, but the photo makes it look very thick – perhaps use as a dip or add apple juice to thin it out.
I think the ginger and lemon would be good for the taste. I think I like the other juicing recipe better, too.
Sherry, I am not sure this one is for me either…doesn’t look to appealing!
Sounds interesting and looks well INTERESTING! 🙂 I didn’t realize it was juice thought maybe a dip or baby food or something. I’d be willing to try it but think your St. Patrick’s day juicing recipe yesterday sounds better. Thanks for all the options though.
