Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce Recipe
4 large pork chops
1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can of water
1 tbsp. flour (optional)
1 tbsp. olive oil
Brown the pork chops in a large frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Once they are browned, stir in the sliced mushrooms, can of cream of mushroom soup and a 1/4 can of water. Reduce hit to low-medium and simmer until pork chops are done (about 25 minutes). Note, if you want to thicken the sauce, stir in 1 tbsp. of flour during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
Great served along side rice or buttered pasta noodles.

I’d season the pork chops with onion and garlic powder and balck pepper before browning. This is a fast easy recipe. I used to use condensed soups more. I should start these short cuts again.
This is so delicious. Only difference is I bake it in the oven after I brown the chops. All my kids always enjoyed this.

I’d season it with some thyme and garlic.
Yummy! I love mushrooms, so I’ll probably add 2 cans of mushrooms to it.
These sound good. We made some similar to this when I was younger! Thanks for sharing!!
