She experiences inspiration everywhere, at home with her 3 children, on the ranch riding her horse, getting stuck in line… etc.
My Review: I was really excited to be reviewing this book for all of you as I think we all can enjoy more “happiness” in our lives. The book has 137 pages and is a very easy read. It stars out with an introduce and then goes into Happiness Quotation #1 which is about opening yourself up to greatness. I love that each quotation is on a page by itself…there is no cramming here! You will find quotations on love, happiness, compassion, kindness, beauty, stormy days, holidays, giving thanks, appreciation, intuition, etc. When I say quotations, I don’t mean 2 sentence quotes…many of these are multiple paragraphs which really when you read them draw you in and make you think about what you just read. In the back of the book you will find the bonus section which outlines the 5 steps to feeling happy in your life…no matter what is going on. I found this section to be absolutely inspiring and was my favorite part of the book. Like I said, it’s a great easy read and I think everyone would enjoy this book!
Here is one suggestion from the book: “Note to yourself the beauty of a song on the radio or the hug from a friend. The more beauty you see, the more you will be able to see. The more you reflect beauty in the eyes of another, the more you will experience”. I love that!!!!
I really think that if you purchase this book you should purchase a few copies and hand them out to family and friends. It is a wonderful read which makes it a wonderful book to give as a gift!
