Planning a wedding is a stressful, nervous and exciting time for most couples. When the big day arrives, will you be renting a limo, a town car or just borrowing a car from a friend? For most couples, they rent a big, fancy limousine!
It doesn’t matter if you are renting a limousine in San Jose or if you are renting one in New York City, there are some important things you need to keep in mind.
1. What kind of experience will your particular driver have? You want to make sure they have at least a few months worth of experience, are properly licensed and are familiar with the area that you will be traveling in.
2. What are the total costs involved? Do they rent out their cars by the hour or by the day? Do you have to pay extra for insurance coverage or any other incidentals? Are these costs and fees reasonable and can you afford them? If there is an accident, who is responsible for the costs?
3. Is the company you are considering listed with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and do they have any complaints filed against them? Ask the company for additional references from previous customers & clients…then follow up with checking out any references that have been provided to you.
4. Does the company make their drivers go through a safety course? If so, how is this conducted and how often do the drivers participate in safety courses and/or safety certifications?
5. Can you come in and take a look at the exact car you will be renting? If so, you want to look it over to make sure it’s clean and safe. If not, request another car for your big event.
Limousine rentals are one of the easiest decisions you will make for your big day and is one that you can do several weeks or a few months in advance. Take your time and do your homework before signing any contracts with any provider.

A few weeks ago my 27 year old daughter officially got engaged to her long-time boyfriend of 8 years…we are very excited about that and are happy that they are finally taking the plunge! With that said, we have a lot to do before September 6th, 2014 and need to get busy planning the wedding.
One of the things my daughter wanted for her special day was a set of Personalized Champagne Flutes with their names engraved on them. While checking out a wide variety of stores online, I stumbled upon The Tipsy Grape and was really excited to feature them here on our Two Classy Chics blog.

For our review we received a complimentary set of two Personalized Champagne Flutes to evaluate for all of you. These are tall champagne flutes and the more you buy, the more you save! They can be customized with any text that you wish and/or with any custom artwork that you may have.
My daughter selected to have just their first names engraved on each of the champagne flutes and in an elegant style font. There are several styles of fonts for you to choose from which is really nice to have so many choices. What really impresses me is that they got the spelling correct on each of their first names! Many times I have ordered personalized gifts in the past (not from this company) and many times those companies screw of the spelling of names! Super impressed that The Tipsy Grape got it right and got it right the VERY FIRST TIME!
The champagne flutes arrived to our home a few days after our order was placed and let me tell you, these people know how to package breakable items! They were very secure in the package that they arrived in and were in perfect condition…PERFECT!
These champagne flutes are absolutely beautiful and are going to be the toasting glasses that J and E use at their wedding reception. My daughter got all teary-eyed when she saw them and just raved about how beautiful they are. Top-notch product that would make any special occasion…more special!
