Two Classy Chics Holiday Gift Guide 2012

Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Wee Believers, who makes a wide variety of children’s toys and gifts. What makes Wee Believers so unique and different, is that all of their toys and gifts are faith-based.

Our Review: Wee Believers sent us their new Noah’s Ark 2-in-1 Floor Puzzle to review for all of you. I have a 3 year old little grand daughter who LOVES to lay on the floor with me and draw, color and build puzzles. I knew that she would love this puzzle as we previously reviewed a different from Wee Believers in the past.

This large floor puzzle has 48 jumbo sized pieces! Once the puzzle has been completed it will measure a whopping 28″ round in size. Since it is a double-sided puzzle (a 2-in-1 puzzle) each side depicts a different Noah’s Ark scene. The floor puzzle is made for ages 3 and up, but I feel a 2 year old could build it too with the assistance from a parent.

The puzzle comes in a heavy-duty cardboard storage box that features photos of each side of the puzzle for guidance when building it. The pieces are jumbo size which makes them perfect for preschoolers to handle. (and us adults too!).

We dumped the pieces out of the box and got busy building the first side and within about 30 minutes, we had it done. Little Gia takes her time building puzzles as she gets really “intense” about it. Once it was built, I talked to her about Noah and the Noah’s Ark storyand there is a little story about Noah that is printed on the bottom of the box.

We then took the puzzle apart and built the second side which went a lot faster this time around since she figured out that the pieces were 2-sided. Once this side was done, I read the little Noah’s Ark story to her again. Noah’s Ark is a great story that any child of any age can understand if it is presented to them correctly. We often share Noah’s story with Little Gia so she is pretty familiar with it.

The puzzle pieces are very sturdy and can handle your little one’s wear and tear on them. They are not flimsy or cheap pieces at all! The graphics on the puzzle are colorful, crisp and clear.

This Noah’s Ark floor puzzle would make a great holiday gift for any child on your gift-giving list this holiday season. We love the puzzle and Little G has probably built it at least 25 to 30 times since we received it a month ago. It’s one of her favorites!
