The week before Christmas we adopted Romeo from a local cat rescue group. When we adopted him they estimated that he was approximately 3 to 3 1/2 months old. Like a lot of rescue kittens he was bottle fed and then weaned by his Foster Mom at an early age. He’s a great kitten who loves to be around people and loves to snuggle!

We had noticed that Romeo would cry when we would leave the house or if he wasn’t in the same room that we were in. He wants to be with us all of the time which isn’t humanly possible. We had purchased him a regular fiberfill pet bed which he wasn’t fond of. Matter of fact, he refused to sleep in it. It was over-sized and bulky.

The cat bed is super-soft and is light-weight. I can pick it up and move it from room-to-room with ease. It’s also machine washable so you can keep it nice and clean. The faux fur feels fantastic against the skin and let’s face it…it looks beautiful too.

It’s basically doughnut-shaped and your pet will crawl into the center of it…sink down into it a little bit which makes the outer edges rise up. They feel much more comfortable inside it since they’re snuggled down in it. This gives them a sense of security which Romeo needed. Once he hits 6 lbs. in weight I’ll order a second one in the medium-size to accommodate him.
