I have the neatest item to tell you about today. If you have cats or small dogs, you are going to love this outdoor cat enclosure that you can set up and secure your loved ones. The business is called Kritter Kommunity and the owner Lisa Illman is the President and Founder of Kritter Kommunity. Lisa developed and has a patent pending on this neat enclosure as a way to have her cats enjoy the outside patio. By developing this outdoor cat enclosure in 2009, her kittys are now enjoying the “catio” but are safe from dangers of being loose.
Lisa has 2 different Kritter Kondo’s at this time. The Kritter Kondo Original is the first enclosure in their product portfolio. It is ideal for courtyards, balconies, campgrounds, beaches, hotels, parks and yards. The Kritter Kondo Original collapses flat with the release of a few pins. Carrying case is included and has a shoulder strap and handles for easy mobility. Three pockets and a zipper pouch are on the interior of the carrying case for pet’s toys, food, blanket and bed.
The Review
Kritter Kommunity was so sweet and sent me the second product in their line, The Kritter Kondo Deluxe. This is an outdoor pet enclosure ideal for indoor cats and small dogs. The Kritter Kondo Deluxe collapses flat with the simple release of a few pins; no assembly required. A shade canopy is built in to offer a shady side and a sunny side for your pet to enjoy. The Kondo comes with it’s own carrying case which has a shoulder strap and handles for easy mobility and storage. The interior of the carrying case has three pockets and a zipper pouch for toys, food, blanket and bed.
This was so easy to put together! Only a few pins that have rings to remove them easily and 3 bars to secure the canopy and you are done! It is 6′ long, so the kittys have plenty of places to move around. I happen to have 3 cats. I only put 1 inside for the review, but he was pretty cool with it. Lots of space for him to move around and it has rope sidings all around the top, bottom and sides so escaping is not really an easy option. It is super neat design with french doors at both ends of the enclosure. This Kritter Kondo is:

Great for cats and dogs 35lbs and less too

What I think is really great is that you can remove the doors and add additional sections in to expand your Kondo. With 3 kittys running around my house, I would need to do that for sure! Although the Kritter Kondo Catio was designed for the cat owner in mind; it can be a perfect playpen for small dogs too! Small dog owners would find this ideal for?using at the park, when traveling, and tailgating.

As with any outdoor pet product supervision of your pet when in use is recommended. These products are not toys and should not be used by infants or children, for domestic cats & dogs only, not for hybrids, ferrals, wild animals or pets that chew.

Petlane consultant Stacey Watson contacted me about doing this review and we talked about my problem child, Louie. Louie is a Pit Bull Terrier and loves to chew. He can destroy any “indestructible” toy within a few minutes to a day depending on the product. I have never found anything that can keep Louie occupied without eating it for any length of time.
Dear Staceysent us 2 items to review. The first was a Busy Buddy Football in Large. This item is for Aggressive chewers and I am sooooo surprised that so far, knock on wood, Louie has not devoured it. He loves to play ball and this piece is a bit heavier than normal dog toy balls. There are slots cut into the rubber for hiding treats and yummy things. He had a blast digging out the treats. Fetch is now actually a game and not a run and hide game where he eats the ball. Yay! I think it is totally an awesome deal at only $14.99. Considering how much I have spent on other toys that are gone in minutes, this rocks!
The second item is a 7” Center Chew Bone. This all-natural bone contains some marrow and is baked to help avoid splintering. When the marrow is gone, the bone can be refilled with his favorite treats, which he is happy about. Again, he has not devoured this thing. I am thinking that he likes the fact that the treats are in there. The size was perfect for him and gave him a work out. A large rawhide would normally be gone in 30 min to an hour. So it is nice that he has not eaten it completely through. We actually have another toy for him. It is a great value at only $5.49.
A great thing about Petlane is that you can get into a business and start making money with something that you love.
