I have two dogs, which means there’s twice as much love in my house, along with twice as much fur! I was lucky enough to receive two very cool pet grooming tools that help not only with the shedding, but help keep my dogs’ coats looking beautiful, healthy and shiny. Today, I’d like to introduce you to The CELEMOON Pet Grooming Brush Tool and CELEMOON Pet Slicker Grooming Brush.
The Pet Grooming Brush Tool is a versatile hand-held tool that can be used on any size dog or cat and for all types and lengths of fur. It has a 4-inch stainless steel comb that easily removes the loose undercoat on your pet. My dog, Colby, is a medium sized dog with a soft, smooth coat. He sheds a bit, but it’s mostly shedding from his undercoat. I find what I like to call “fur tumbleweeds” throughout the house. Colby’s fur magically turns itself into a ball that I spot in the corners of every room. The Pet Grooming Brush Tool can help reduce shedding by up to 90%, which is remarkable. The tool quickly, gently and easily removes the loose undercoat hair and it also helps with mats and tangles. No more fur balls, less dander and less vacuuming!

The Pet Slicker Grooming Brush is a favorite of my smaller pooch, Winston. Winston has a light-colored, medium coat that’s a bit wiry. I find this wiry fur everywhere—on the comforter, on the couch, on my clothes and even in my car. What’s great about Winston is he LOVES to be groomed and brushed. It’s like a spa day for him, especially since the brush massages and gently removes loose hair. He’ll sit there and let me brush and brush and brush! The Pet Slicker Grooming Brush easily gets rids of mats with its rounded tips and is gentle on your pet’s skin. The best thing about this product is that the brush pops up at the push of a button and allows you to grab the collected hair from the brush. This keeps the brush clean and ready for the next use.

Last month our fur baby, Colby, received a BarkBox to check out and let me tell you, it definitely had his tail wagging! We received our BarkBox last month (before Colby had to SHARE all of his treats and toys) and he was thrilled with everything inside. Colby is a medium size dog, so he received the “just right” box, which is customized for dogs that are 20-50 lbs. There are two other dog sizes to choose from to ensure you get the right type of goodies for your pal. We were all excited to see what was in our box—it had a fall theme to it (Harvest) and contained the following items:
• Leaf-on-a-Rope – a BarkMade exclusive (featured product of the month) that was by far Colby’s favorite thing in the box. This toy is totally multifunctional with ropes and squeakers galore! It’s a very thick, well-stitched toy with no stuffing for those dogs that really like to pull and chew. This toy is perfect for tug of war!
• PetSafe Hive Toy – this is a treat/kibble dispensing toy that has openings at both ends. It’s a fairly big toy, but has a pretty small opening at each end, but you can adjust the openings to be a little bigger, depending on your dog and their ability to actually remove the treats for inside the toy.
• Nature’s Bits Bison with Apples & Peaches Dog Treats – definitely a winner at our house, these soft treats are a favorite of Colby (and the new guy, Winston, who is picky). They are made in the U.S., are grain-free, gluten-free and soy-free. Winner winner, Bison dinner!
• Holiday Hamwich Honey Baked Ham Dog Treats – these little heart shaped grain-fee ham biscuits are the perfect size, are crunchy and made in the U.S., but are unfortunately not favorite of either pooch in my house.
• SawMill Creek Pig Ears – this is a super-tough and tasty treat for those dogs that love to chew. My dog is a big fan of these and while I don’t give him pig ears very often, he did enjoy this one down to the last nub.
There are several options for the monthly subscription box ranging from a 12 month subscription ($19 per box), 6 month subscription ($21 a month), 3 month subscription ($24 a month) and one month ($29).
