Garden flags are fun to collect and display. With that said, how do you organize and store them when they’re not in use? Well, you put them in a handy Garden Flags Hanging Storage Organizer which will keep them organized and protects them from damage.
We own two of the ones that we’re featuring today and both were purchased from Amazon. It’s a double-sided storage organizer with larger sized pockets on one side and smaller sized pockets on the other. We store our large house flags in the larger pockets and the smaller garden flags in the smaller ones. It keeps everything neat and tidy.
If you’re like my wife…you can print up little descriptive labels and place them on the outside of each pocket to identify the flag that’s inside. This way you won’t have to remove them to find the ones that you’re looking for. We have several designs for each season and holiday throughout the year and all fit nicely into the organizer.
As an added bonus it’s extremely well-made and slim in it’s design. Once hung up it doesn’t take up a lot of space. You can hang it on a hook on the back of a closet door or hang it up on a closet rod. It maximizes the use of vertical storage space within your home.

Before I get started I want to tell you all that I’ve owned HUNDREDS of different food storage containers over the years. Some I’ve purchased at “home parties”, some at kitchen stores, home shopping channels, online retailers, etc. I’ve liked some of the ones I’ve purchased over the decades but NONE of them were/are as good as the ones I’m featuring today.
Recently I received the LUXEAR Fresh Produce Saver Refrigerator Storage Containers and they’ve totally changed my refrigerator storage life! Seriously, I love these containers!!! They’re multipurpose and have great features:

The LUXEAR Fresh Produce Saver Refrigerator Storage Containers are multi-purpose food storage containers for fresh produce. With these containers you can wash and store food in one container! Place produce in the colander portion of the container and wash/rinse. Then place the colander into the included storage container. Put the lid on top and snap close with the easy-to-use buckles.
There are 2 air vents on top of the lid. Close the air vents when storing vegetables and open them when storing fresh fruits. All of the water from the rinsing will drain down to the bottom of the container which contains a drainage valve. Open it up to let the water out and then close it. The included colander keeps your fresh produce lifted up off the bottom of the container so it’s not sitting in the water. LOVE those features!!!
When you’re not using the containers they can be nested inside one another to save on storage space. When you’re using them in your refrigerator they can be stacked one on top of the other to save on space…or side by side, however you like and depending on the shelving size inside your refrigerator. I like that they’re CLEAR and I can easily see what is inside them. I don’t have to pop off the lid to look inside.
As an extra bonus with the set you get a white divider insert that folds in half. You can use that to layer food within the container or to separate them acting as a divider. It’s totally removable and you don’t have to use it unless you need it. When not in use it folds flat to be store in a drawer or empty container.
I’m absolutely and honestly in-love with the LUXEAR Fresh Produce Saver Refrigerator Storage Containers! I buy a lot of fresh produce and we grow a lot of our own fruits & veggies during the summer season in our backyard garden. These food storage containers work perfectly at keeping things organized in the refrigerator and they definitely help to extend the life of your fresh produce! In the past 2 1/2 weeks I’ve used them for storing: lettuce, carrots, bananas, string beans, bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, strawberries, blueberries, and peaches. All of them lasted longer than normal with their freshness. Plus, it protected the fruits from getting bruised!
They’re a big time saver because you wash and rinse your fresh produce in the included colander and then place it inside the storage container. You’re washing, rinsing, letting them air dry and store all in one container! No need for multiple containers! Plus, you’re storing your fruits and vegetables the correct way by allowing airflow or non-airflow into the container. Yes, I love these containers!
