Fall in love again with this heartfelt story when it swoops into homes on Digital in HD and 4K Ultra HD and Movies Anywhere, and physically on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD – with never-before-seen bonus features, deleted scenes, bloopers and more! Stunning extras will transport viewers to the set of “Dumbo,” where cast members Danny DeVito (circus owner Max Medici), Michael Keaton (opportunistic businessman V.A. Vandevere), Colin Farrell (war-veteran-turned-elephant-keeper Holt Farrier), Eva Green (stunning aerialist Colette Marchant), Nico Parker (Farrier’s daughter, Milly) and Finley Hobbins (Farrier’s son, Joe) share their personal stories of courage and character. Features explore how Disney’s timeless animated story was brought to life with an incredibly expressive, lovable, fully computer-generated baby elephant; the longtime collaboration of Burton, production designer Rick Heinrichs and costume designer Colleen Atwood, which resulted in jaw-dropping sets and costumes; and the creation of the visually colossal Dreamland parade sequence. Also included are nine deleted scenes, hidden and not-so-hidden Easter eggs, bloopers and a special performance of “Baby Mine” by Arcade Fire.
In “Dumbo,” struggling circus owner Max Medici enlists former star Holt Farrier and his children to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock. But when they discover that Dumbo can fly, the circus makes an incredible comeback, attracting persuasive but sinister entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere, who recruits the peculiar pachyderm for his newest, spectacular, larger-than-life entertainment venture, Dreamland.

I sat down with both of my kids last weekend to watch the movie. If you hold family movie nights, its a great title to add to your viewing list. In my honest opinion, its a movie that the entire family will enjoy (little kids up through older adults). It’s rated PG and runs for approximately 111 minutes.
The story line is entertaining and well-written. The four main actors in the movie are: Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito and Eva Green. Both of my kids loved the story line of a baby elephant who can really fly and becomes the hero in the story. The movie is entertaining from start to finish with plenty of humor along the way. On our movie rating scale we rate it 7 1/2 popcorn buckets out of 10 popcorn buckets. A great addition to your movie and DVD collection.

Disney Mary Poppins Returns is a great movie for family movie night. It received 4 Academy Award Nominations, including Best Original Song. It’s available for purchase on Blu-Ray, DVD and digital download. Rated PG with an approximate running time of 130 minutes.
“Mary Poppins Returns,” Michael Banks (Ben Whishaw) — just a child when Mary Poppins first visited 17 Cherry Tree Lane — is now a grown man raising his children Annabel (Pixie Davies), John (Nathanael Saleh) and Georgie (Joel Dawson) with help from his sister Jane (Emily Mortimer). Times are tough in Depression-era London but the winds begin to change and the enigmatic governess, whose unique magical skills can turn any ordinary task into a fantastic adventure, enters the lives of the Banks family once again, having not aged a single day. Teaming up with an old friend, Jack, they take the Banks children on a series of whimsical adventures, encountering colorful characters like Mary’s eccentric Cousin Topsy (Streep), Jack’s lovable band of leeries and bank executives William Weatherall Wilkins (Colin Firth) and Mr. Dawes Jr. (Van Dyke) — bringing life, love and laughter back into the home.
We sat down with the kids last weekend and watched Mary Poppins Returns. It was our “main feature” for family movie night. The story line is engaging and entertaining…the music is fantastic. Big E, Princess and I really enjoyed the movie. Our 3 year old got bored and fell asleep. I think its great for family movie night, but for elementary-aged school children and up. I think toddlers (like Prince) would get bored. My mom likes to give movie ratings on the films she reviews so I will do the same. On my rating scale I give this one a 7 out of 10 on the rating scale. A nice addition to your video library.
