We live in the mid-Atlantic region and it can get pretty darn cold here. For this review and feature we received a complimentary Rechargeable Heated Scarf from Volt to try out for all of you. It’s made out of a soft brushed micro polyester fleece material which is super-soft and it’s machine washable (once you remove the power pack).

As a family, we spend a lot of time outdoors and that includes during the cold season. Even though it’s bitterly cold outside, we enjoy going out for hikes, walks in the park, sledding, snowmobiling and at times…ice fishing. As you can imagine, it can get pretty cold out there, pretty darn quick!

I love how soft this fleece scarf feels against my skin…incredibly soft! Next, it’s super easy-to-operate and the included instruction manual explains it’s function quite nicely. You can regulate the temperature control for your individual needs and I absolutely love the built-in handwarmer pockets which are located at each end of the scarf.

Note: For picture taking purposes, I had my granddaughter model the scarf for me, so that I could photograph it.

Let me tell you about the added bonus, you’re going to love this! When you’re not using the power pack in your scarf, you can use it to charge a cell phone!!! Yes, you read that correctly!!! Isn’t that cool? I think so!
