It’s hard to believe but we started this fun little Mailbox Monday meme just about 4 years ago and here we are…still continuing it today. We think it’s a great way for all of you to brag about the goodies you get and allow us to engage and interact with one another.

Shelly – I love unique things and last month I stumbled onto this one web site that sells miniature clocks. I don’t know what it is about them, but I think they are cute & adorable. Anyway, they were holding a giveaway where the winner would receive two miniature clocks of their choice. Yes, these are REAL clocks and they are battery powered. I selected as my prize the two designs you see in my phone above and absolutely LOVE them! I put one on the bookcase in our family room and I put the antique telephone mini clock on my desk in my home office.

Shelly – Last week was a fantastic week for me! I participated in a blogger campaign with a blogger group and found out that I won $500.00. Yes, you read that right! I received it in the form of a Visa e-Gift card and I used it towards our new swimming pool. We bought a $3,000 above ground pool which goes in late April and I still owed $500 on it, so that nice win paid off my account! Super cool.

On top of that…I received a $35.00 Outback Steakhouse gift card and a $25.00 Olive Garden gift card in the regular mail box last week. Looks like hubby and I will be going out for a few “date nights” once the weather clears up and warms up for a bit.

Overall, I’m super pleased to have won that awesome $500 Visa card. Holy guac…I sure was surprised about that one but they loved the work that I did for them and I won their blogger contest. Cool beans!
