Family dinner time is an important time in our home. As crazy as life gets, there are few times when we can spend quality time with each other. And at my house, there is always an extra kid or two around my table.

I was sent the Large Tableboard® with Cherry Accent and I immediately fell in love. The board is 40″ long and is perfect for my 6 foot table. Following the directions, I used a mineral oil to coat the board and placed it on my table. It is smooth and simple and Stunning! It is very easy to care for by wiping it clean with a damp cloth.
Since receiving the tableboard it has become a serving tray and a amazing cutting board that has never left my table. I have served pizza on it, sliced french bread and placed my hot serving bowls on it. It has become an integral part of my table and our mealtimes. I absolutely love it! I love how thick it is especially. It certainly makes a table look beautiful! It wil be holding our beautiful Holiday meals and family meals for a long time to come. A true family Heirloom!

My Review: I was sent the 16 piece Cupcake and Decorating Kit from Curious Chef to review for all of you. These are real kitchen tools but just sized for children’s hands. This kit includes a nylon frosting spreader, medium silicone mixing spoon, a non-stick metal baking pan, a frosting decorator with 6-piece decorating tips set and 6 fun colored silicone cupcake baking liners that are reusable. Also tucked inside the box is a shopping list pad and printed on the box is a recipe for easy Vanilla Cupcakes. The entire kit comes packaged nicely in a box so it’s ready for gift-giving.
Our wee one is 28 months old and let me tell you…even at this young age she loves to be in the kitchen with Nanny and helping Nanny cook so I was super excited to receive this kit to review for all of you. All of the tools in this kit are made from durable plastic that is BPA free and the cupcake liners are made from oven-safe silicone and of course the cupcake baking pan is made from metal. I looked over each item in this kit and they are all high-quality (not discount store junk) and even as an adult, I love this set as I have small hands!

We used the tools, cupcake liners and cupcake baking pan and made a batch of 18 cupcakes. Everything was super easy to use and equally as important, super easy to clean! The wee one and I had a fabulous afternoon making and baking cupcakes! (although at her age she was pretty messy with it LOL and couldn’t keep her fingers out of the frosting as she was eating that as fast as I could make it).
We love the Curious Chef products and we recommend this company to you along with their fabulous products! FYI ~ These items make the perfect Birthday Gifts and Holiday Gifts for little girls on your shopping lists!
