For the review I received a complimentary Stemless Glass with a Jeweled Starfish which I absolutely LOVE! Seriously, I LOVE IT!!! It’s from the company’s Coastal Collection. You can get the jeweled starfish on stemmed glasses, stemless, swing top bottles and on candle holders. I decorate in a Coastal theme so it’s perfect for me. If you’re hosting a coastal wedding, bridal shower, or event…they would be perfect for that too!
The glass is semi-weighty which speaks to the quality. It fits into your hand comfortably and is well-balanced. Perfect for everyday use and/or special ocassions. What I like about the stemless design is that I can use it drinking anything! When not in use…I can pop a flameless (battery-operated) candle inside it. It’s elegant and beautiful.

Every week I make at least 6 hard-boiled eggs. I use them in salads, soups, sandwiches, and will snack on one when I’m in a hurry. They’re a classic in my home and very versatile to use in recipes. When it comes to purchasing eggs, I purchase medium sized because most recipes are based off of medium sized eggs. Did you know that? If not, now you do!
When it comes to slicing them I like to use a manual hard boiled egg slicer. You can find them at various retail stores in different shapes, sizes, and colors. Prices range from a few bucks up to $35.00 or more. In my honest opinion, you can get a really nice one for $10.00 and it’s just as good as one that costs more!
One thing that you need to keep in mind is that they’re sharp. They’ll slice through an egg like butter! You can actually use them for other fresh produce items like mushrooms and strawberries too! Every kitchen should have one.
Often times I see people tossing them into their dishwasher for cleaning. While a manufacturer’s instructions may say dishwasher-safe…I recommend that you hand wash them. Why? It will keep the stainless steel wires sharper and cleaner for a longer period of time. Besides…they only take a few seconds to clean.
Under warm running tap water you’ll want to add a tiny dab of liquid dishwashing soap onto the slicer. If needed, you can use an old veggie brush to losen up any stuck on food. Don’t use your fingers or a dishcloth! Again, the wires tend to be very sharp. You’ll want to rinse it clean with warm water. Lay a towel down on your kitchen counter. Open up the slicer and let it air dry for an hour or two. That’s it, easy as pie!
