Five of the bowls are in various shades of blue with the mini bowl in white. All come with the appropriately sized clear lid. The lids are easy to put on and to take off. You won’t have to struggle with these lids at all. All are BPA Free, Dishwasher Safe, Refrigerator Safe and Microwave Safe…although I recommend keeping the lid off of them if you’re placing it in the microwave.
Bowls are made out of light-weight BPA-Free plastic. Virtually unbreakable! One of the things I really love about them is that they’re DEEP mixing bowls. While whisking or mixing…nothing is flying out of the bowl. I’ve used them with my hand mixer, wand mixer and metal whisk and everything stayed put within the bowl. No batter or liquids went flying at all.
You can prepare, mix and store food all in one bowl. Yes, one bowl! That saves you space and saves clean-up time. Let’s face it, we all have better things to do than wash a ton of dishes on a daily basis. One of my favorite uses is using them for baking. Every week I make homemade bread and rolls for our household and they’re perfect for those large batches. Furthermore, I’ve used them for mixing up cookie dough, brownie and cake batter, and for fruit muffins. Again, great for that too!
The Extra Large Bowl is a fabulous size for big-batch baking, serving veggie salads, pasta salads, etc. You could also use it as a punch bowl or large fruit bowl. The small, medium and large bowls are the 3 most versatile bowls and you’ll find yourself using those on a daily basis. The extra small bowl is great for storing little leftovers like sliced tomatoes, olives, pudding, jello or any other small amount.

Last month we hosted a get-together at our home. We had several friends and family members over for a backyard barbecue, pool party and outdoor games. We served hamburgers, hot dogs and all kinds of your classic picnic foods. It was a beautiful day spent with family and friends.
My one friend brought 3 boxes of the Ball Aluminum Recyclable Cold-Drink Cups to the party. I had seen them out in the retail marketplace but had never tried them. They come in a classic design but throughout the year you can find them in limited edition designs to go along with the season or holiday. Available in 9 oz., 12 oz, 16 oz., and 20 oz. sizes. We used the 12 oz. size that day.
One of the cool features is that you can use a permanent marker to add a person’s name or a greeting to the outside of the cup. I think it’s great you can personalize them!!! Next, they’re 100% recyclable. You just toss them into the recycle bin once you’re finished with them along with your aluminum beverage cans. They’re light-weight and sturdy. They held up all day long!
Here’s something you should know. They’re not dishwasher safe! They’re meant to be a one-time use product but if you wanted to hand-wash them you can certainly do that. You only want to use them with cold beverages, no hot beverages.
Most people attending our backyard barbecue hadn’t tried them either so we were all pleasantly surprised at how well they held up throughout the day. They helped to keep our beverages colder for a longer period of time. They fit comfortably in your hand. Write your name or the names of your guests on each cup and there will be no mix-ups throughout the day. A win-win for everyone!
I liked these Ball Aluminum Cups so much that I went out and purchased 4 boxes of them! I have 2 boxes in our pantry for when we’re entertaining and 2 boxes are in our RV travel trailer for when we’re camping & traveling. I think they’re a must-have for those who enjoy the RV life and camping.
