It glides right through the cheese, pepperonis, mushrooms and any other toppings that you have on it. Since nothing sticks to it and it has a detachable wheel, clean up is a breeze!

The T-fal AirBake Pizza Pan is made out of natural aluminum and measures 15.75″ in diameter. It’s large, so it will hold just about any size pizza you want to put on it. It has perforated holes which allows you to bake the perfect crust, each and every time. It’s guaranteed to not rust and it’s dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. I love the size and weight of this pan and it’s absolutely perfect for making our pizzas at home!

Have you all been seeing the new’s reports lately about improperly cooked foods making people sick? A few weeks ago I saw an hour long story about it on TV and frankly, I learned a lot by watching that particular program. I admit, for the most part, I’m very careful when preparing, cooking, baking or grilling food for my family. I do everything I can to make sure everything is clean and that our foods are cooked to the appropriate temperatures.

With all of that said, I knew it was time for me to get a digital thermometer and when I was offer the chance to review the Instant Read Thermometer Mister Chefer with LED Backlight I jumped right on it! I’m super excited to tell you a little bit about it today.

This one digital thermometer can be used while you’re grilling, with meats in the oven, while candy making and all sorts of other things you may be cooking or baking. One of the things I love about it is that it’s super easy to use! No learning curve needed with this one! The digital display is really easy to read, even without my glasses on!

You get an accurate reading within seconds! Plus the meat thermometer can accurately measure temperature in the range of -58 F to 572 F. There is an auto on/off button and if you forget to turn it off (after 10 minutes of inactivity), don’t worry, it will auto-shutoff to save your battery power (batteries included).

We’ve used it several times since receiving it: twice while grilling steaks, three times while baking poultry and I used it the other day when I was making some homemade fudge (for candy-making) and it worked perfectly each & every time!

When it comes to cleaning it, I don’t recommend submersing it in water. I take a clean wet cloth with a little bit of antibacterial liquid soap to clean my probe, rinse it and then I towel dry it. Super easy! There is a hanging lanyard that is attached to it, so I have mine hanging on a little hook inside my one cabinet door, to keep it handy but you could certainly store your’s in a drawer.

If you don’t own a meat thermometer, I highly recommend this one because it can be used when baking baked goods and for candy making too. Plus, it’s compact in size and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Finally, I found it to be extremely accurate with it’s temperature readings and I love that LED digital display. Yup, it’s a real winner in my book!
