Everything that I’ve reviewed and the several items that I have purchased have been beautiful and extremely well-made. I love that each item lists the artist who made it and a little bit about them.
For this holiday gift guide feature I selected the Hand Made Wood Folding Table Fish Shape from Indonesia to review for you. If you’ve been reading this blog over the past 7 years, you’ll already know that I decorate my home in a coastal and beach style and this little table is adorable.
The table is hand carved and painted by Indonesian artist Putu Suserini, and folds flat for storage. When you think of “table”…this is much smaller than a traditional American patio table or accent table. It measures 12.5″ H x 15.75″ W x 12.25” D overall, so it’s more like a child-sized table or accent table. It’s made out of albesia wood and done in a fish shape. I love the tropical paint colors too!
We live in a part of the country where we get snow & ice, so in late Fall I pack up all of my outdoor things & put them into storage until spring. One of the things I love about this little table is that it folds flat for storage and it’s light-weight. So, you can really tote it all around your yard, porch or patio. You can use it indoors too!
Luckily, I still had one of my chairs out on our covered patio, so I was able to take a nice photo of this little table set-up beside one of my outdoor chairs. As you can see, it looks fabulous sitting beside that beach chair! While it’s on the smaller side for a patio table, it’s still big enough to hold a pitcher of lemonade, two to four beverage cups or sit an outdoor flower arrangement on top. Adorable!

We received an Outdoor Christmas Laser Light Projector to review for you and oh my gosh…this thing is even better in person! Trust me, their photos and my photos don’t do it any justice! Every time I tried to snap a picture of it set up outside at night, my camera flash would go nuts. Sigh!
Once you take it out of the box you can have it set up in your yard in less than 3 minutes flat! You simply attach the included stake to the unit, put it into the ground, hook up the electricity to it and boom…you got holiday lights! Gone are the days when you spent hours upon hours hanging up Christmas lights and taking them back down once the season is over. These lights only take a handful of minutes to set up & get going and if you ask me…these lights are extremely pretty to look at!
The one that we have has red & green holiday lights. You can use the wireless remote control to set up several different light modes: all red, all green, red & green steady, red & green blinking and so forth! You can use the remote control to turn them on & off from inside your home and to change the lighting mode. You don’t have to run back & forth outside to do that!
You can use the remote control to set them up on a timer mode so that they come on at dusk and off at dawn. You can set them to run for any length of time. We’ve been running our’s for 3-4 hours at night and trust me, all of my neighbors are jealous of them and the Christmas season isn’t here yet! ha!
