I’ve lived with chronic pain all of my life. Some days are better than others…but every day I have deal with pain. On top of all of that I’ve had over 30+ surgeries in the past 52 years. Needless to say, I know what pain is!
For the past couple of weeks I’ve been using the products contained in my CBD Living Travel Kit. I love that there are different formulation and all of them are easy-to-use. I like using the CBD Living Salve on any cuts, bruises, abrasions, burns, etc. that I get. I just rub a little bit of the salve onto the affected area. It absorbs quickly and has a light coconut scent.
The CBD Living Daily Lotion is a product that I’ve been applying to my body after showering. It’s in a little pump bottle and a little bit goes a long way. I like applying it on my arms, hips and upper thighs. It absorbs quickly and leaves no sticky residue behind.
CBD Living Freeze Roll-On is my husband’s favorite product in the kit. He has me apply the product on his lower back (he suffers with chronic lower back pain) and he applies it on his knees. The CBD Living Spray Tincture is perfect for on-the-go use. I’ve been keeping it in my handbag so that when I’m out and about I can use it. The Sunny Bay Hands-Free Neck Heating Wrap is ideal for neck and shoulder pain therapy.

To Use:
Microwave for 1 minute, flip the wrap, then microwave for 10 more seconds. Use 10 second increments until at desired temperature. Reduce microwaving time when reheating. Do not overheat. For cold therapy, wrap in a plastic bag and freeze for 60 minutes.
For the past few weeks my husband has been putting in long hours at work. His rental property houses 378 units which are getting ready for their yearly inspection. Every night he comes home after working a 10-12 hour day completely exhausted and usually with a bad headache.
