Today I would like to introduce you to the product called The Slanket which is the first wearable blanket with sleeves! The creator of The Slanket is a very nice guy named Gary who back in 1998 felt the need to have his mother make him a wearable blanket so that he could channel surf and watch TV while keeping warm. Gary and his wonderful company donate a portion of all sales to 3 worthy charities which I think is a very nice thing for a company to do.
When you visit The Slanket web site you will find a variety of slankets such as: The Original, Kids, Siamese and Travel. I love the variety of colors and prints that you can get when it comes to The Slanket!
My Review: Gary was very generous to send me a Slanket in the Bubble Pop pattern for my product review. I love the large size of The Slanket…it measures 60″ wide by 95″ long…so it’s a nice comfy large size and would fit almost everyone comfortably. When you feel the soft fabrication of this Slanket…you will be IN LOVE with it. It is super soft…I don’t think I have ever felt a softer blanket! I love the roominess in the sleeves as when I am snuggling and getting comfortable, I don’t like anything tight on my body. The sleeves are so roomy that you could wear a bulky pair of pajama’s underneath and you still would be comfortable. The Slanket is just the perfect wearable blanket after a hard day at work when you just want to come home…snuggle up with a good book or in front of the TV and just relax!

Overall Impression: I am absolutely in love with my new Slanket! Matter of fact…when I can’t find my Slanket it is usually on my husband!!! I have washed my Slanket one time since I have had it and let me tell you….it came out of the washer & dryer still looking brand new! I think The Slanket would make a fabulous holiday, birthday, job promotion, etc. type of gift. I highly recommend The Slanket to you for yourself and all of your gift giving needs!

I have a secret addiction. It is for wrapping papers, bags, bows, tulle and ribbons… I know, I know. You love it too! I just can’t help myself sometimes. I was soooo glad when I found Cello In A Box a few years ago. It has become my favorite place to feed my addiction.
