Before I get started with this review, I first want to share with all of you that I suffer with chronic lower back pain, leg pain, foot pain and right hip pain. I personally know that having comfortable footwear on your feet can help to reduce your pain, it’s a proven fact! Since I suffer greatly with pain and heading towards a hip replacement, I went on a search to find some comfortable footwear and discovered Oofos.
While the sandals and clogs that Oofos offers looks like other ones you have seen out in the marketplace, trust me, they don’t feel like them at all! Once you slip your foot into an Oofos shoe, you will immediately feel the difference and it’s a difference you can’t live without! (at least in my personal opinion).
All of the Oofos shoes have a patented foot-bed design, a material called OOfoam and let me tell you, it’s like stepping onto a soft cloud! The foot-bed is 37% more impact absorbing than any EVA foot-bed that is commonly used in footwear today. The OOfoam technology: absorbs shock to lessen pain, reduces fatigue & restores vigor and delivers unparalleled cushioning to recharge & rejuvenate your feet.
My Review: I was sent a pair of the OOahh Slides to try out for all of you. These super comfortable summer sandals come in 2 different color choices: Black and Mocha. If slip-on slides aren’t your thing, check out their thong style sandals which are also available.
When ordering footwear from Oofos, I do recommend that you order true-to-size which is what I did and they fit me perfectly. I have a normal to wide foot and the slides are great on my feet, however, my mother has very narrow feet and they are too big (width wise) on her.
For the past month I have been wearing my slides and even though it’s been cold here, I wear them with a sock which keeps my feet warm. I am looking forward to wearing them this summer without socks which I am sure they will be just as comfortable!
Last month I reviewed the Oofos clog and just like the clogs, these slides are super comfortable! I can wear them all day long and never get tired of wearing them. Matter of fact, I find wearing them to be more comfortable than going barefoot!
Besides the comfort factor with all of the Oofos footwear products, I love that they are easy to keep clean! Whenever mine get a little dirty, I just rinse them off with some tap water and towel dry.
When wearing these sandals, you will feel like you are walking on a soft billowy cloud of comfort! Your legs and feet will thank you at the end of the day and I can personally tell you, this brand of footwear is one of my ultimate favorites!

The company sent us a pair of their Kandals eco-classics shoes to review for all of you in the fun red color. These shoes are made in Spain and you can order in your US or Euro size. We do recommend that you order “true-to-size”.
The shoes go through a very unique dying process in which REAL strawberries are used to dye them and the special eco-friendly dye leaves your shoes softly scented in a light strawberry fragrance.
These shoes are really easy to slip on and off of your feet and they are very light-weight. You can toss them into an overnight bag or beach bag with no problems. These shoes are great for casual wear or take them to the office for dress-down Fridays.
My only gripe about these shoes is the fact that there is very little padding on the insoles. Due to my chronic foot pain, I need my shoes to be padded…at least a little bit and these shoes have very little for my needs.
The shoes are definitely cute but they do nothing for me on the comfort end due to not having padded insoles, so I personally could not stand in them all day long. However, I will sport them around town this spring and summer when I am running errands and going to the store or kicking around the house during the weekends.
