You can make them the old-fashioned way using the recipe below or you can stir in 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips or a 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips. Rubbed Sage Turkey Breast Recipe

Sage Rubbed Turkey Breast Recipe

3-4 large turkey breasts or 1 small-mediume whole turkey
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. McCormick Rubbed Sage
1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Ground Paprika
1 tsp. Oregano Flakes
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Place all of the dry spices, including the brown sugar into a small bowl. Use a spoon to combine them together.

Brush Olive Oil over the outside of the turkey. Using your hands rub the spices and brown sugar mixture all over the outside of the turkey. Rub it in good. If you have some of the mixture left and are roasting a whole bird…toss some inside the bird’s cavity too!

Bake, Smoke or Roast until the inside of the bird is done. You want to make sure the juices run clear and that the skin is nice and toasty. If you have a meat thermometer, use it!!!  Remove from the oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes before carving and serving.
