Adult Coloring – Save Money with InkCraft 100 Gel Pens Refill Kit

Adult Coloring – Save Money with InkCraft 100 Gel Pens Refill Kit

Save Money with the InkCraft 100 Gel Pen RefillsOver the past 3 years I’ve shared over 30+ adult coloring book reviews here on the blog, along with several reviews of my favorite gel ink pens. Some of these reviews were sponsored by various companies and some were on items that I’ve personally purchased. Regardless, I always share my 100% honest and unbiased opinion with our readers.

I love crafting and I’m a big addict when it comes to paper crafts. That includes adult coloring, scrapbooking, making my own handcrafted greeting cards, bookmarks, trading cards, banners, collages, etc.

Before I get started, I want to say that I personally purchased this product from Amazon and I paid full-price for it. This is NOT being sponsored by any company or any brand. I do have our affiliate links within this post. (see disclosure at the bottom of the post).

Save Money with the InkCraft 100 Gel Pen Refills

When it comes to gel ink pens, I go through hundreds of them every month. It can get pricey buying them all of the time. Well, I’ve finally found a more cost-effective solution! Let me introduce you to the InkCraft 100 Gel Pen Refills. That’s right, you get 100 refills in this set and they will fit inside the majority of the gel pen casings that you already have and use!

100 Gel Ink Refills: 28 Glitter, 20 Metallic, 18 Neon, 16 Pastel, 14 Fluorescent and 4 Standard Colors.

These gel inks are non-toxic, acid-free and give you extra smooth flow. They have 0.8mm to 10mm tips. You get 100 unique colors in every box (package).

Save Money with the InkCraft 100 Gel Pen Refills

Currently I own six different brands of gel ink and glitter gel ink pens. I tried this set of refills in each of the plastic casings from those six brands and they fit inside them perfectly. Instead of tossing out my empty pen casings into the trash, I now just remove the empty ink well and insert one of the refills into it. Takes me about 2 seconds to-do…no mess too!

The reason I wanted to share this with all of you is that I know many of you are into adult coloring, scrapbooking and paper crafting too! By just purchasing the refills for all of your gel ink pens, you save money! Second, you’re not tossing all of those plastic casings into the trash and filling up our landfills with them. This is a more economical way to do it and definitely more friendly to our planet!

Where did I buy them? I bought them from Amazon at a great price and if you have Amazon Prime, you get free shipping on them too! If you’re tired of paying $15 to $30 for a new gel ink pen set every time you need one…this is the way to go! If you’re looking for a set of Glitter Gel Pens to get you started and then you can use the refills in them…you can check out my review on the CaliArt Glitter Gel Pen Set that I personally own and use!

Disney Zootopia Crochet Book and Kit

Disney Zootopia Crochet Book and Kit

Disney Zootopia Crochet Book and KitI’ve was born to craft. Seriously, I been an avid crafter since the age of 8. I’ve always enjoyed the various arts and craft projects I would make at school, in Girl Scout’s and in my church youth group. That love for arts and crafts has fallen me into adulthood. If you read this blog regularly, you will find hundreds of different craft projects that I’ve shared with all of you over the years.

Today I’m featuring a brand new crochet kit from Thunder Bay Press that I received for review. If you enjoy crocheting, I think you’re going to love this kit. Here’s some more information about it.

This spring, Thunder Bay Press expands its pop culture crochet collection to a hit Disney movie with Zootopia Crochet. The kit comes complete with all the materials crafters need to get started! Parents can create their children’s favorite characters from blockbuster hit Zootopia with Zootopia Crochet (June 2017; ISBN: 978-1-68412-017-8; $24.99; 76 pages).

Disney Zootopia Crochet Book and Kit

The kit includes yarn, a crochet hook, needle, thread, stuffing, felt, and safety eyes – everything fans need to make Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, as well as illustrated instructions for ten more cuddly characters that will make an adorable addition to any fan’s collection, regardless of age. What’s really cool is that once you run out of supplies, you can go to your local craft store to buy more and continue to make the rest of the characters. Any general craft supply store will have them.

The included book has all of the instructions to make the following Disney Zootopia Characters:

Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, Chief Bogo, Officer Clawhauser, Mayor Lionheart, Assistant Mayor Bellwether, Flash, Duke Weaselton, Emmitt Otterton, Mr. Big, Kostov and Gazelle.

I’m currently on vacation and I brought along the kit with me, so you can see that I’m just starting the kit. Once I have a character completed, I’ll update my post again. I love that they include enough supplies for you to make the first two characters and then you can head to the craft store to pick up additional supplies to make the entire Zootopia clan. Cool!

I love the crochet and craft kits that you can purchase from Thunder Bay Press and own several of them. Even if your not a crafter, they make great gifts to people who are! I know I would love to receive them as gifts! You can learn more by visiting Thunder Bay Press online.
