You Can Save The Earth – Adult Coloring Book

You Can Save The Earth - Adult Coloring BookThree years ago I jumped on the adult coloring book bandwagon as a means to relax, reduce stress and to explore my creativity. One of the things I love about this particular hobby is that it’s affordable and 100% portable. Since we travel a lot, it’s a hobby that I can take along with me.

Recently I received a complimentary adult coloring book called You Can Save The Earth and I’m excited to tell you about it today.

Title: You Can Save The Earth

ISBN: 978-1-57826-672-2
Publisher: Hatherleigh

You Can Save The Earth - Adult Coloring Book

My Thoughts: This is a soft-cover adult coloring book for environmental awareness, conservation and sustainability. There are 92 total pages with some of the containing wordage only with the other pages containing the pretty illustrated designs for you to color.

One of my favorite pages in the book is one that has a flower garden illustration with the quote “All that we did, all that we said or sang must come from contact with the soil.” The quote is by William Butler Yeats. This particular illustration is just beautiful and I love the quote that they picked to go along with it.

Since I’m a beach & sea lover, I also love pages 72-73 which features illustrations of seahorses along with tip #5 which is to Recycle, Reuse and Repair. A very important message that we all need to do more of!

Unlike other adult coloring books where you just sit down and color-in the designs, this one has some important earth-friendly tips, quotes and messages sprinkled throughout the pages. Very cool!
