Eat Plants Every Day 90+ Flavorful Recipes to Bring More Plants Into Your Daily Meals

One of my favorite parts in the book is the “Our Pantry Favorites” where the writers share with you some of the must-have items in their pantry. I’m always looking for new plant-based products to try and with their handy-dandy list it makes it easier. Here’s a few pantry favorites: Just Egg, Just Mayo, Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer, Spero Goat Cheese, Beyond Sausage, Kosher Salt, and Joyva Tahini.

I really enjoyed reading how a lot of the recipes were developed and there are preparation & serving tips sprinkled throughout the book. Everything is written in a way that a novice home cook (like me) can understand and follow.
