The past few months I’ve been teaching myself how to make some of our favorite cocktail drinks. You can find a ton of easy-to-make cocktail recipes on the TwoClassyChics blog, other websites, and over on YouTube.  Today I’m sharing with you the recipe on how to make a delicious Blue Lagoon. Trust me, it’s easy!

Blue Lagoon Cocktail Drink Recipe

5/6 oz. Vodka
5/6 oz. Curacao
5/6 oz. Lemonade
2/3 oz. Lemon Juice
Crushed Ice
Lemon Wedge

Combine the vodka, Curacao, lemonade and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until combined. Place crushed ice into the glass and pour the liquids over-the-top. Stir with a straw or stir-stick. Place a lemon wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.

My Tips: I personally like this drink BEST when served in a chilled glass. I like it really cold! I will sometimes toss 1-3 cherries on the top too! One time I tried making it with a diet lemonade and hated it. I felt that it gave it an after-taste that I didn’t enjoy. However, someone else may enjoy it made that way. I didn’t.
