Lemon Berry Bramble Cocktail Recipe

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon/Rye
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Flying Embers Ancient Berry Kombucha
Raspberries and Lemon Wedge for Garnish
Old Fashion Glass

Thoroughly muddle berries and simple syrup. Combine all ingredients in an old fashion glass filled with ice. Float 2 oz. Flying Embers Ancient Berry Kombucha on top. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a few fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.

The Elusive Cocoloupe by Bently Heritage Estate Distillery’s Lucas Huff

1.5oz Source One Vodka
0.75oz Lemon juice
0.75 Orange juice
0.75 Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
0.5oz Amaro Nepéta
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Three 1-inch cubes of Fresh Cantaloupe
Top with Soda
Brulé Cantaloupe & Micro Peppermint Garnish

Directions: Muddle cantaloupe in bottom of shaker tin until all chunks are softened. Add remaining ingredients and gently shake with ice. Pour over crushed ice and top with Peychauds.
