Thinking About a New Email Marketing Campaign

Email Marketing Campaign

I have been running various home businesses online since 1998 and I absolutely love working from home. Almost all of my businesses utilize some type of email marketing, but I now I am looking to condense my email newsletters into one easy-to-use system.

I was doing some research online and stumbled upon Mad Mimi email marketing. Have any of you ever heard of it? If so, have any of you used it? I was thinking about trying it out since they have a “free” offer where you can add up to 100 subscribers/contacts for free. You can then upgrade your account as your subscribers increase and all of those upgrades are pretty affordable.

An easy to use and understand email newsletter system is really hard to come by these days and their set-up looks pretty easy to me. I don’t need nor like those high-tech newsletters that are filled with spam and just want a nice & clean newsletter with informative content for my newsletter subscribers.

They have this little video on their site and I spent a few minutes watching that earlier and I really like how I can customize my newsletter to suit my own personal taste and business needs. Clean and pretty is my motto!

I think it’s really important to stay in touch with my clients and customers and to do so on a regular basis. I don’t send out newsletters with a slew of sales ads or specials…but I do like to educate my clients on the things they need to know. Having an email newsletter is one of the most effective ways to market your business online and that holds true for both large and small businesses.

Anyway, I am really considering going to a more simpler system that is definitely a lot more cost-effective as compared to the system I am currently using.

I would love to hear from any of you that currently use that company for your email marketing. Please leave your opinions & ideas below!

Your Online Business Reputation is Important

Investing in Foreclosure Properties

My husband and I have been investing in various real estate properties for the past 12 years and have loved doing it. We have bought some that we fixed up and flipped, and others we bought and rent out to various tenants.

One thing we are doing right now is looking into Real Estate Owned Foreclosures and perhaps investing in one or two of them. Have any of you ever searched for foreclosed properties? Have you ever bought a foreclosed property?

Even though we have a lot of experience in purchasing homes…we have never looked at foreclosed properties before. I was doing some online research and found a few web sites that list foreclosed properties for free and we found several in our area that look pretty nice.

One thing we learned about these properties is that most are not run-down or in bad areas of town. Matter of fact, we found several nice ones and a couple of them wouldn’t need any work done to them at all. Personally though, we don’t want to do anymore fixer-uppers any more and just want to invest in them as rental properties.

So my question today is…if you have ever looked at foreclosed properties before and have any stories, suggestions or tips to share with us, we would love to hear all about them. Thanks!
