For the past few months my husband has had issues with sleeping. Since I stole the last Mediflow pillow that we reviewed from my husband, he got to keep the new one that we’re featuring today. It’s a standard size pillow measuring 18″ by 25″ in size. Inside your package you’ll find a funnel, filling & care instructions…they will guide you in customizing this pillow to suit your own needs. In addition, it comes with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
My husband likes a medium support pillow, so he read over the included filling instructions and filled it with water to offer medium support. This process takes less than 2-3 minutes to complete. Once you have the water filled into the pillow, you zip up the case and add your own pillowcase to cover it.
Hubby said that it will take you one to two nights to adjust to sleeping with a pillow like this. In other words, he said a 1-2 night learning curve. Once your body adjusts to a high-quality, customized support pillow…you’ll be sleeping like a baby! As his wife…I can honestly tell you that he now only gets up once a night and that the constant tossing and turning has ended. In addition, I no longer hear him complaining about his neck, shoulders and back hurting him in the morning.
Sam has been sleeping with his new pillow for 2 weeks now and he loves it! We recently went away for a night and his new pillow had to go along with us. We’re going on vacation next month and he’s already warned me that the pillow is going along with us. For the past 25+ years I have been a “hot” sleeper with menopause induced hot flashes. All of this was brought on when I was 21 years old and had a total hysterectomy with no hormone replacement. Every night when I go to sleep I am awaken at least 5 times due to sweating and hot flashes. It has been an on-going nightmare for me for 25 years until now!

A few weeks ago my mother had surgery and spent a week at our home recovering. The day she came home from the hospital is the day that this pillow arrived. I just didn’t feel right trying out the new pillow immediately when I knew she could benefit more from it this particular week. So, I added one of my pillowcases and left her sleep it with it all week long and then…it finally made it’s way onto my bed!
One of the things we BOTH love about this pillow is that no matter what position you sleep in…it will work for you. She’s a side sleeper and I am a side sleeper & sometimes belly sleeper and we both were extremely comfortable with it. Second…if you like to lay in bed and watch TV…this pillow is great for that too. The support & comfort you get is fantastic!
Now onto the important feature. Does that Outlast technology work? Absolutely! I already have the mattress pad on my bed and it has greatly reduced the amount of times I wake up at night all hot & sweaty from hot flashes. I was super excited to finally get my hands on the bed pillow and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Now my comfort in bed at night is even more enhanced and I definitely do sleep a lot cooler! It’s absolutely FANTASTIC and I can honestly tell you that it’s the best bed pillow that I’ve ever owned!
