Let’s talk bedding and mattresses today. How healthy is your bed? I had never really thought about that question until recently. In the past…I was all about buying whatever was comfortable and at a decent price. Now though…I am looking into “healthy” bed alternatives.

The company sent me their Classic Natural Memory Foam Pillow to try out for all of you. The Natural Memory Foam used in this pillow is made from hevea milk (rubber tree sap). It feels like the memory foam we all know and love, but doesn’t have the chemical junk and toxins like the others.

I held it up to a standard bed pillow and it’s slightly larger which I LOVE. While it’s super soft when you lay down on it…it’s very supportive.  As I change my laying position, the natural memory foam inside adjusts to my personal contours of my body. Once I am off the pillow…it springs right back into it’s natural shape.

In addition, when I am sitting and doing my office work…I like to put a good supportive pillow behind my back. This pillow is excellent for that! Usually I get a lot of back pain when I sit for long periods of time but this pillow has cut that down considerably for me.

I’ve been sleeping with the pillow every night for the past 2 weeks. The majority of the time I am a side sleeper but every once in awhile I will roll onto my back. No matter how I am laying…this pillow adjusts and gives me the comfort and support that I need.

One of the other things I love about this bed pillow is that it has a removable cover with zipper entry/closure. When it needs to be cleaned…I simply take the cover off and toss it into my washing machine. Once done, I line dry it…comes out perfectly every time.

This pillow is the BEST one that I’ve ever owned. Seriously, it’s that good! Matter of fact, everyone in my household has been fighting over it…so I guess I need to pick up a few more. Heck, even the grand daughter likes using it when it’s her nap time!

Overall, I have to give this Natural Memory Foam Pillow from Essentia a big 10 out of 10 stars on my rating scale. As you all know, I RARELY give a product a perfect 100% score but this product certainly deserves it!
