I’m in my late 50’s, approaching 60’s and have been going through menopause. One of the symptoms that I’ve been really suffering with is hot flashes and night sweats. While I get a few hot flashes during the day, I seem to get the majority of them at night when I’m trying to sleep. I’m tired of waking up several times every night soaking wet from sweat! Time to try something new, I need some relief.

Yesterday I laundered them for the second time. They wash and dry beautifully. I recommend that you zip the cases shut for the laundering process. Dry on the low heat setting or hang to dry. On the low heat setting in my dryer they were dry in about 5-6 minutes (if that). There’s no need to use fabric softener or dryer sheets. Why? The fabrication prevents static cling, so those products aren’t necessary!
