I’m happy to share with you today a combination of exfoliation products that will leave your skin renewed and refreshed. Cure has earned a reputation as a cult classic in the Japanese or “J-Beauty” category of skincare products. I’ve been trying out Cure Natural Aqua Gel and Cure Water Treatment over the last week or so and I’ll give you the scoop on these products that have gained a huge following on Amazon.

Cure Natural Aqua Gel

Many people don’t like the idea of exfoliation as they are reluctant to use harsh chemicals that can cause redness and peeling. Cure Natural Aqua Gel provides an easier and gentler way to exfoliate—the secret ingredient behind the formula is activated hydrogen water, which is also known as “Miracle Water.” Each bottle contains 91% activated hydrogen water that helps replenish and restore skin cells without harsh acids or abrasives.

In addition to the hydrogen water, this award-winning, best-selling product is packed with powerful key ingredients such as:

* Gingko Biloba leaf extract

This product is easy to use. You simply wash your face as you normally would and dry completely. Gently massage in a circular motion for about 30 seconds to a minute. The gel will transform into a milky white color, and beads of dead skin cells can be seen as they are lifted off the skin! Cure Water Treatment can be used as a body lotion or make-up base and feels luxurious on your skin. Use a quarter-sized amount and spread it gently onto your face. As you apply, activated hydrogen water droplets will come out of the gel. Apply it onto your skin until all water is absorbed. Cure Water Treatment creates a long-lasting, oil-free moisture-sealing barrier that prevents evaporation of moisture from the skin. Use it in the morning and at night for best results.

I am very particular about the products I use on my skin and have been focusing more on “self-care” since the pandemic. The company recently launched their organic, vegan Frankincense Revitalizing Face Oil & Face Lotion Duo, which features eco-sourced Frankincense. Frankincense is a precious ingredient recognized for its rejuvenating, tightening and smoothing properties.

We’ve been experiencing a bit of a heatwave here in Southern California, so my skin has been dyer and a bit dull. I’ve been using these products for a few weeks and my skin feels fantastic and renewed. I have an end of summer glow that I’m quite pleased with.

What is Frankincense?

Frankincense Essential Oil has been prized for centuries as a potent beauty treatment. It’s even been said that Cleopatra included it in her regimen. Harvested from the Boswellia tree, Frankencense or olibanum, typically grows in the dry, mountainous regions of India, Africa and the Middle East. It has a smooth, earthy, woody aroma known to alleviate stress, ease tension and promote a sense of serenity. I could use some serenity—that’s for certain!

To help preserve the precious Boswellia population, Inna Organic does not tap out these endangered trees for Frankincense Essential Oil. Instead, the brand eco-sources Frankincense from a unique species in Somalia. Resin naturally flows from its bark, so harvesting it doesn’t harm the growth of the tree. Since this species isn’t planted on agricultural land, there is also far less impact on the environment.

Frankincense Revitalizing Face Lotion

This face lotion goes on very smoothly and isn’t greasy or heavy. It’s really refreshing and absorbs quickly, making my skin feel so happy. In addition to Frankincense, this product provides a revitalizing blend of powerful botanicals, including Bulgarian Rose Otto and White Tea Extract, which work in tandem to soften dry skin and target fine lines, balance uneven skin tone and reduce the visible signs of aging.

This powerful lotion helps soothe dry and damaged skin and rebuild healthy skin. The lotion also contains Moroccan Argan Oil, which is loaded with Vitamin E and fatty acids. This helps further fight the visible signs of aging.

Frankincense Revitalizing Face Oil

This face oil is super silky and lightweight—it instantly nourishes dry, dull and aging skin. It absorbs easily giving skin a boost of moisture and essential nutrients, without clogging pores. A potent blend of six anti-aging botanicals helps to reduce those pesky fine lines that eventually creep up on us. Its anti-aging powerhouse, Frankincense, is paired with key ingredients like Mastic Tree Extract, which is harvested from the Greek Isles and is known for its ability to promote skin elasticity. The oil also contains Japanese Camellia Oil, which provides hydration to thirsty skin. The formula is completed with the addition of Moroccan Argan Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil and Jojoba Seed Oil to help fight visible signs of aging, create a natural protective barrier and provide anti-inflammatory and purifying benefits. You can use these products together or separately. To use them together, simply apply three pumps of lotion into your palm, and then add 2-3 drops (in the summer) or 3-5 drops (in the winter) of the oil.
