I love a soft fragrance on a man or a woman. I think we have all walked by or worked with someone that has worn way too much perfume and it either choked us out or, if you are like me, got an instant headache. Some fragrances just do not work well on people. But finding an amazing perfume that you love, and more importantly, others around you love too, is wonderful.
Knowing how to apply the right perfume is just as important. Applying your fragrance properly will allow your perfume to go all day long.
* Know your pulse points – These are certain points on your body where fragrance wears the longest. On a women they are the inside wrist, base of your throat, behind the ears, the cleavage, inside your elbows and behind the knees. These places emit heat and will allow the fragrance to last the longest.
* Layer It – Once you find the perfect scent for you, layering it along with lotions or soap in the same perfume will make the scent last all day. Combining the products allow you to use less perfume since the skin is also scented.
* Spritz Your Hair – After you wash and style your hair, the last thing you can do before heading out, is to spritz your hair with your perfume. This will allow a lovely scent as you pass by.
* Office Protocol – Some offices will not allow perfumes to be worn due to the close proximity of the working environment. Others will allow a subtle fragrance. Anything powerful or overwhelming application should be kept for evening wear.
* The Sniff Test – Ask your friends and family for their opinion on your fragrance. Sometimes what we think smells wonderful on us does not to others. They can also tell us if the application is too strong as well.

Petaly Noir by Harvey Prince is a delightful floral with a touch of oriental spice that I just love! Soft and delicate, it has become one of my favorite perfumes to wear and hubby LOVES it too! I get so happy when I find a lovely fragrance to enjoy.

During the late Fall and Winter seasons my skin gets terribly dry. I will often find severe dry patches on my elbows, knees and feet. I really hate all of that flaking skin and the itching that goes along with it.
Recently I discovered some wonderful all-natural body creams from Cream Blends that I am going to tell you about today. These are handmade body creams made with all natural ingredients that are good for your skin!
Moisturizing natural ingredients like Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, Grape Seed Oil, etc. You can apply these body creams as often as desired and they come in wonderful fragrances like: Mango, White Tea, Warm Vanilla, Orange Citrus, Lavender, Lemon and Unscented for those who prefer that.
The body creams come packaged in clear glass jars with a screw-top style lid. I love that the jars are wide enough that I can get my fingers into them easily. Unlike messy & runny body lotions, these creams are thick, creamy and super emollient.
I received a body cream in Mango and one in White Tea to review for all of you and let me tell you, they have changed my beauty world! I love using the Mango scented one after my morning shower and throughout my day. Then in the evening after I take a bubble bath, I like using the soothing White Tea right before I go to bed. Both of them smell amazing!
The creams are super thick and melt right into your skin! There is really not massaging or rubbing really involved. They leave behind no greasy, sticky or oily mess! You can immediately get dressed or crawl into bed without having items sticking to your body. After 8 days, I have experienced amazing results! My skin now looks youthful, most of the dry patches are gone and guess what? No more dry skin itching! Yay!!! I love them!!!!
