Our Review: The great folks at Blue-Box Toys sent us their DeDee Duck Bath Tub Toy to review for all of you. This toy is made for ages 12 months and up, and will help with your child’s Physical Development and Discovery. Not only that, it turns bath-time into a totally fun experience!
DeDee Duck has a big suction cup on her back so she sticks very nicely to the side of your tub. She comes with two animal scoops and your child uses those scoops to pour tub water into the top of DeDee Duck’s head. The water then comes out her mouth in a small non-forceful stream and makes the wheel on her one webbed foot spin around. Her wings have little knobs on them to hold the animal scoops when your child isn’t playing with them.
As you all know, I have a 3 year old little granddaughter who spends a lot of time with us. She loves taking bubble baths and just like any child, she loves having a variety of bath toys in the tub with her.
When we got DeDee Duck, she was so excited about it. Matter of fact, within 30 minutes of DeDee arriving to my home, Little G was in the bathtub playing with her! ha! Even though it’s made for kids ages 12 months and up, a 3 year old like Little G loves this bath toy too!

Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Peter Rabbit Organics who makes a line of organic fruit snacks and veggie blends that kids will just love! All of the Peter Rabbit Organics products are made from 100% pure fruit and vegetables. They never add any artificial ingredients to their healthy and delicious snacks.
Each pouch of organic fruit snacks or veggie blends is less than 100 calories, contains 35% RDA vitamin C, less than 20g sugar, less than 1g fat and they are packaged in BPA free pouches. The fruit snacks and veggie blends are shelf-stable and do not need to be refrigerated.
My Review: The great folks over at Peter Rabbit Organics sent us 3 pouches of their organic snacks for our grand-wee-one to try out for all of you. The first one that she selected to try out was the Organic Strawberry and Banana 100% Pure Fruit Snack. This pouch holds 4 oz. and contains no added sugar and nothing artificial has been added to it. Matter of fact, it only has 3 ingredients: Organic Bananas, Organic Strawberries and Organic Lemon Juice Concentrate. The entire pouch is only 80 calories so its a great low-calorie, healthy snack for the wee one. I showed wee-one how to unscrew the top off of the pouch and she immediately gobbled it down while watching a cartoon with me. Seriously, she had it completely gone in about 5 minutes. She loved it!
The following day she tried out the Organic Apple and Grape 100% Pure Fruit Snack. This one also comes packaged in a 4 oz. pouch with a twist off lid. Just like the first one, it only contains 3 organic ingredients: Organic Apples, Organic Grape Juice Concentrate and Organic Lemon Juice Concentrate. The entire pouch is only 90 calories which makes it a great healthy, low-calorie snack. I was busy making dinner for wee-one but she was hungry now and wanted something right away so I handed her this particular pouch to snack on while dinner was baking. She gobbled it up pretty quickly and really liked it. How do I know that you might ask? Well, she asked me for a second one! LOL
A few days later I gave her the final one which was the Organic Pea, Spinach and Apple 100% Veg and Fruit Puree snack. This one is also packaged in a 4 oz. pouch with a twist off top. It contains only 3 ingredients: Organic Apple, Organic Pea and Organic Spinach. The entire pouch is only 80 calories and it one full serving of veggies and fruit. To be honest with you all, she did not like this one at all. I do want to admit that she does not like anything with spinach in it nor with peas so I think that is why. I asked hubby to taste it and he said for puree snack food he thought it wasn’t bad. Just because our grand-wee-one didn’t care for this one, doesn’t mean your child won’t.
Overall, we are very pleased with the Peter Rabbit Organics products and plan on purchasing more of the fruit snacks from Target since Grand-Wee-One really enjoyed those!
