In California, the sun is very bright and it can sure take a toll on your eyes. My son wears contacts and he tries to be careful with his eyes especially in the sun and when the wind is up. Sunglasses are a must for him and since he is a teenager, that also means, he goes through them quickly! I cannot tell you how many inexpensive pairs of sunglasses we have bought. And that may be the problem with inexpensive ones; they don’t always stand the test of time. I was thrilled when we were able to review a great pair of Michael Westin Sunglasses from Sunglass Shack.
My son received a pair of the Burn Notice sunglasses that were inspired by the Television show and worn by the character, Michael Westin. These celebrity inspired sunglasses feature a metal frame with a gold-plated finish and spring temples for a great fit. The lenses are .75mm Polarized Cognac Impermex™, which are scratch and impact resistant plus feature a laminated polarizing process and 100% UV protection. These sunglasses are exclusive to Sunglass Shack and are American made. I like that these sunglasses are almost identical to the pair that are worn on the show, at a fraction of the price!
The sunglasses come in 3 different sizes. We chose the smaller size for him and they came out looking great on him. They are a nice, sturdy pair that will be something that he can wear for a long time, barring him losing them or something similar. kids! They are a good quality and the lenses are nice and clear. My son really likes the lenses on these glasses because they are polarized. They are great for blocking excessive sunlight while driving and as a mom, I really like that.

I am a very busy mom who is always on the go and like most of you, my cell phone is always nearby or attached to me. As a heavy cell phone user, I have been disappointed with all of the iPhone storage cases that have been out in our retail marketplace…well, that is until now!

What is really unique about this iPhone storage case is that you can safely & securely carry your photo ID, cash, credit card, debit card and your iPhone is all one sleek case! I like to call it my iPhone Wallet! In addition, it’s made out of a durable polycarbonate with rubber coating, so if you drop it, it helps to protect your cell phone from damage. (most cell phone cases are soft and offer no to very little protection).
I love that it has a kickstand which allows me to be hands-free when watching videos or video chatting with my friends & family. It has a built-in view finder which still allows you to use your iPhone camera with no problems at all and trust me, I am always using my camera function when I snap photos of my daughter in-action.
I really love the slim design of this iPhone case! I can slip it into my pocket, small evening clutch, handbag, gym bag, diaper bag, travel bag, fanny pack, whatever! I can also keep it in my desk drawer at work, that way incase of an emergency, my daughter’s preschool can still reach me.
Let’s face it, our cell phones are expensive electronics and we should do everything that we can to protect them. While protecting them, we can purchase iPhone cases like this one that looks pretty, but yet functions like a slim-design wallet. Gotta love that!
