Living here in Pennsylvania means that our winter weather can change on a dime. We might wake up one morning and having sunshine and 40 degree weather. By nightfall, we got a snow blizzard going on outside and -10 degrees with a windchill.
Over the past few weeks I have been shopping around for the perfect “Must Have” winter jackets and coats. After spending a considerable amount of time browsing, I have narrowed down my choices to these particular two jackets from Andrew Marc. I love them both, but for different reasons.
The first one is the “Renee” quilted down jacket in a 3/4 length. It has a rib knit collar (perfect for cold & windy days) with a removable raccoon fur hood and storm cuffs. This winter jacket will keep you nice & toasty warm and it does so in a fashionable way. This is NOT your mother’s winter coat! I love that I could wear this into the office, out on a date or casually during the weekend. That longer length would definitely be great to wear with my leggings and it would keep the harsh wind from going up my back.
The second one that I fell in-love with is the “Dylan” which is a jacket that you can wear every single day throughout the cold season. It is a quilted plush down jacket with a silver fox fur collar and has trendy exposed zippers. What I like about this one is that it isn’t as long and can be worn to the office or casually for a night out on the town with my girlfriends. I love that this one is more “fitted” and would really show off my nice figure!

I have never shopped at Andrew Marc, but I prefer to try on coats before I buy them. Of your two choices I prefer the Renee because I like long coats on very cold days.
I really like the Renee. The fit is not bulky but the coat looks really warm. Having removable hoods are nice for when you need one. Very stylish and definitely a favorite. My daughter also liked their Shay for a different look.
I love coats and have so many but am always looking for more. I really like the “Renee” one above I think it is really stylish.
