No woman wants to admit to getting old but I do know that it gets so hot while sleeping that I wake up sweating. Yuck! The fan is running and still it is warm in my room. It does not make for a good night’s sleep. It is definitely uncomfortable and my hubby swears that I am in menopause as he often tells me to take a chill pill. LOL But I do know that my PJ’s are not the best for keeping me cool so when I had an opportunity to review a pair of Cool-Jams, I was very excited.

I was sent the Cool-Jams Kristi nightshirt in a pale lilac color. The nightie is super light feeling with short sleeves. I was looking forward to wearing it to bed and trying it out. I threw it in the wash and was pleased how well it came out! No shrinking and it felt so nice. I think this is a fabric that will feel softer as you wear it.
The first night I wore this it was still 85 outside when I went to bed. The air was running but it was stuffy and warm in my room. Gross. The jammies felt nice and lightweight on and I am so pleased to say that I did not wake up at all that night sweating. I have worn these to bed for over a week now and each night I am cool with no sweating and have been sleeping wonderfully! The nightshirt is so comfortable and even though the one I have has sleeves, it was so cool and refreshing to wear for me! I am definitely ordering another nightshirt. This is a fabulous item that I cannot recommend enough for light sweating while sleeping.
If you love to travel, this is the nightgown or PJ for you. It dries quickly and is very compact. You can shove it into any overnight bag or suitcase easily. I love that it does not wrinkle! It looks great even after crawling out of bed. It is just right for traveling!
Cool-Jams also offers many other items for women in menopause or that have hot flashes. But is it not just for Women. They offer a nice selection of Men’s nightwear too! You can find all types of bedding and sheets as well for a beautiful nights sleep! I am so very happy to have tried this product. I will not be without these Cool-Jams again! Now I just need to find that chill pill by hubby was talking about and all is good! 🙂

Luckily I’m past the hot flash stage, but these would be nice in the summer because I sleep with the windows open and some nights it’s HOT.
Yes, I’ve come to that time of my life too. I’ve always been warmed natured but now I’m sweating in the middle of the night and just trying to blow dry my hair cn be a pain. I immediately wanted to check these out. I like that they offer pajamas in pants, Capris, or shorts, and the shorts actually look like a decent length.

This moisture-wicking technology is wonderful. I bought a short sleeved shirt for my son to wear when he rides his bike. I think it would also be great with sleepwear. The quick drying factor is another big advantage.
